Netatmo Rain Gauge - Fuel Stream Error

#1

Good Morning,

About two weeks ago, this fuel stream ceased working displaying the attached result.

Attached is the piston.

#2

Try changing your rain variable to integer instead of dynamic.

#3

To add to this, you should always define what the variable type will be if you know it will be static

#4

Trying that now… Just waiting for rain. I will keep you posted.

#5

Should have been here in Kansas. We got 5-10 inches in varying places

#6

So it rained last night 0.4 inches per ST!

Still the same result.

#7

It’s likely your data tables have strings and integers mixed up now… you might need to start a new dataset… rain2?

Unfortunately we don’t have delete, rename, merge, edit functions yet so you’ll be stuck with the old ‘rain’ on the list for now.

#8

Worked! Thank you so much.

#9

Wait! This might be an integer issue. We had 1.25 in. Of rain on Saturday. The fuel stream displayed 1. It seems to only reflect as a whole number.

#10

Maybe try decimal

#11

I will give that a try. That may fix another piston I have that takes rain into account.
