No physical devices

1) Give a description of the problem
I can only get one physical device to show up in my list of devices.
I have enabled all devices in settings.

2) What is the expected behaviour?
Devices to choose from

3) What is happening/not happening?
No devices to choose from.
Also every time I go to my dashboard I get a pop-up - there was a problem loading your devices

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage
(UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE HERE)

5) Attach logs after turning logging level to Full
(PASTE YOUR LOGS HERE THEN HIGHLIGHT ALL OF THE LOGS AND CLICK ON THE </> ICON TO FORMAT THEM CORRECTLY)

Did you look in settings > available devices > available devices > select devices by capability > group 1-3?

And perform a hard refresh of the webcore dashboard? Then logout of the dashboard if it continues, clear browser cache and log back in with new register code and security password.
