SmartCam HD Pro Not Available?

I’m trying to add my Samsung SmartCam HD Pro to wC, but it is not listed in any of the categories in the settings.
Any suggestions on why? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled in ST. And it shows up correctly in ST.

Anytime you install new devices, you need to visit the webCoRE app in the ST mobile app, go to Settings > Available Devices > Sensors/Actuators and select that new device so that webCoRE becomes aware of it. Tap Done until you are out and then refresh the dashboard - you should now see the new device.

Correct, but it isn’t even listed as a device in the Settings > Available Devices > Sensors/Actuators or Settings > Available Devices > Cameras/Imaging Devices.

I have the same issue, with the same camera. Nothing showing up in cameras/imaging devices or sensors/actuators. Any ideas?

I don’t, but maybe @ady624 or @Cozdabuch or @c1arkbar can shed some light. Hopefully…:thinking:

I have the same camera. The only way I could get access to it initially was with SHM. It could record a clip then I could watch it through the alerts page of the SHM. (This requires a v2 hub). However like you guys I could not get any access to it through webcore. It simply never shows up. I now have all my cameras integrated with Blue Iris. So I highly recommend this way. @Robin was the one who led me down this path!

I don’t believe this is a webcore problem so much as the DTH issue
