Time entry bug report

I did not find a section for bug reports so I hope this is the right spot. Please move or comment if not.

While entering my default quiet times to be used in a number of pistons, I ran into two issues. I use the 24hr system but after entering it converts to the 12hr system.

Also, when I entered “21” for 9pm, on the left it said 3. The same happened when I entered 6 for 6am. The snippet below was taken after the first entry when I had to go back in to enter 6 again and just before hitting OK.

I moved this over to the Bug Reports category, it looks like a timezone and localization discrepancy but I could not find anything relevant in the wiki so hopefully someone else will be able to help!
