Unable to create piston on second hub v1

I’ve been having this issue for a while but haven’t seen any response. Not complaining.

The second hub is a v1 at a different location. If I try to create a new piston or backup a piston that works from my primary hub I get this error and when you hit go home I have a pause piston with the name I gave it but then if I try to edit it, it goes right back to the dashboard.

I’ve totally deleted the webCoRE app multiple times but get the same issue. Could the v1 Hub be the cause of the issue.

I love solutions that take 2 minutes after messing around with it for many many hours. At least I know how to delete and reinstall in the dark. Like military training.

I need to add that as a check during the setup as well as a warning in the dashboard
