Unable to create piston

#1

Hi

I deleted my installation of webcore because of the time issue.

When I reinstalled everything I am not able to create a piston, I can open the “add new piston” but when I hit create nothing happens. I have also tried to change location in the map as there was someone who had been successful with that in another tread.

I also tried to Install it with a new name.

Sorry about this but can I ask the obvious first.
When you installed all 4 elements, did you do it in the order as per the install instructions.
i.e. image
first.
Then the final 3 elements.

Did you the make sure you published them.
Sorry if this is a very basic question but just thought I’d ask before digging deeper.

EDIT: Oh and did you oauth the smartapp.

Thanks for your replay

Yes, I installed it in this order.
Also published and oAuth(only on webcore)

Also cleaned my browser history

Same issue om my phone from the app and on my Mac with safari browser

When I press create the square in the lower right corner is working for some seconds then it stops

#4

Well that’s my basics covered.
Anyone else any ideas @webCoRE_Minions

#5

Try:

Go into webCoRE within the ST mobile app
Click Settings
Click Clean up and rebuild data cache

#6

Hi.

Still the same error, after Clean up and rebuild data cache

#7

Any errors in IDE live logging

#8

Nothing

#9

Try to create a piston or do some interaction with webcore and see if anything comes up.

#10

Hard refresh maybe?

Hold Ctrl+ Click browser refresh button

#11

@eibyer, I am not able to create anything in webcore. That is the problem

#12

@Robin same issue after refresh both on computer and the ST app

#13

I think he meant look at live logging whilst attempting to create something

#14

Thanks, but there is nothing happening in the live log when I try to create

#15

I’m running out of ideas here…

In Chrome, with webcore tab in view, press F12 to load the console

Navigate to the following view:

Click ‘clear site data’

#16

One last thing I would try to do is paste new raw codes for the webcore script(s).

#17

Cleared the site data, no change.

Will try to paste the code again, have done it 2 times before.

I will try once more

#18

Still the same issue, copied the RAW codes for all of them

#19

Sheesh, I’m tapped out of ideas… too early for a beer, hmm

#20

To late for beer here, almost midnight  I really don`t understand what could be the issue
