V0.3.109.20181207 Unable to Move Code Segments

missing the ability to move (re-order) code segments in the current UI. arrows that use to be in the left column are missing, no drag and drop.

edit nevermind, found the toggle.

If anyone finds this thread in the future, the toggle is in the top left when editing a piston.
