Pretty sure it does…
Dashboard and dev just spinning?
Hey guys I’m sorry I’ve been awefully quiet lately, I’ve been migrating between jobs (and when you leave a manager position all hell breaks loose, everyone is pulling you in all directions). I’ve also been migrating to an IntelliFlo VS pool pump that will see it’s match with the PE653RC soon, so I’ve been busy routing pipes too. Water pipes, not data ones, ok?
Thnk you @ipaterson for taking on the problems while I’ve been gone in the plains with friend. Watch the video to understand the hint
no worries we had some fun…we all learned some things and in the end it turned out to be something really stupid in SmartThings land.
Good luck with all the big changes!
Hey folks
I have a single piston that came from another member that displays my dimmable lights as gagues. My issue is it won’t open any longer, either gives me an error or just spins
Can’t seem to delete it from the IDE either.
Tried hard refersh on the browser, clear cache and hard refresh, no luck
I’m OK with just deleting it
Thoughts?
Rick
Update, OK I was finally able to delete it through the IDE
Thanks
Rick
OK, for the last 2 days I can’t log into the dashboard, either on my Win10 laptop or my smartphone
From my laptop, I have tried empty cache and hard reload, cleared browser cache, no luck
After clearing browser cache, I re-registered the browser and logged in, yet still get spinning squares but never gets to the dashboard
Sure could use some help
Rick
Can you think of anything else that changed around the same time: added contacts or devices, updated smart apps, created new pistons, etc?
Just to be sure… as well as refreshing the browser cache, have you gone into the webCoRE smartapp within the ST mobile app > ‘settings’ > ‘clean and rebuild data cache’?
Thanks ipaterson, RobinWinbourne,
Nothing has changed, no new apps, pistons, updates…
In fact, none of my pistons have run for 2 days
Tonight I did clear cache from the ST app as RobinWinbourne suggested and as soon as I started the browser on my phone, my pistons kicked off.
Now I can get into the dashboard and I think I’m back in business
Thanks again
Rick
